We have been operating in the real estate market in Bucharest since 2012, the properties we offer our clients from places in the city center. Our business activity is focused in the field of residential apartments and their management.
We manage over 200 apartments that we have purchased, renovated, equipped and sold to satisfied investors. We offer apartments for sale in the most central locations in Bucharest. All the apartments offered are owned by the company.
Every purchase is made directly from us, an as part of the purchase transaction, we offer a management package that includes ongoing management of the property, 24/7 telephone answering for apartment tenants, troubleshooting, repairs, apartment maintenance, locating tenants, preparing rental contracts and making monthly rental payments to investors.
At the company’s headquarters, we employ approximately 17 experienced and professional staff members, which include a local accountant, a local lawyer, designers, and a management team. In addition to the staff, we employ about 50 workers who are in charge of the apartment renovations.
