Unfortunately, funding for the purchase of the apartment cannot be received through the company or from banks in Romania or in Israel. The only exception is for citizens who pay taxes in Romania on a permanent basis, as they may be entitled to funding from Romanian banks.

There is no payment channel which includes installments. The investor must be able to provide a liquid investment amount in advance.

The renovation of the property begins immediately upon the transfer of the payment into the bank account of the company. We commit to finalize the renovation process within 6 months from the date the payment is received. In addition there is a stock of apartments which have already been renovated and upon their purchase there is no waiting period for the receipt of the key.

The price of the apartment includes the renovation and furnishing of the property, all the costs involved in the purchase of the apartment such as purchase tax, attorney’s fees, notary as well as two years free management which includes a two years guarantee on the renovation.

The Investor Support Department is located in Tel Aviv and Haifa, you can schedule a meeting with us at our offices. In addition, we also hold meetings outside of the office as is convenient for you. For those of you who are already planning a trip to Bucharest, we invite you to meet us at the offices in the center of the city, by prior appointment, and to visit the apartments.

We purchase properties in buildings which are tens of years old. The center of the city, being one of the oldest areas in the area, is characterized by buildings which were built in the previous century. As a result, a part of these buildings will not be entitled to insurance against earthquakes or funding from banks upon the purchase of the apartment. However, we see in this apparent disadvantage an excellent opportunity for investors. Through possible projects of renovation and reinforcement of these buildings, there is a high likelihood of a significant increase in value in the future. We will emphasize that in spite of the age of the buildings in the center of the city, we ensure that we only purchase properties in buildings in which there is an active owners association. This association is responsible for securing, cleaning and maintenance of the common areas, as well as for the proper functioning of services, such as elevators and building entrances. This ensures that the properties which we offer for sale are located in buildings which are well managed.

No. In spite of the fact that in our opinion it is desirable to visit and experience the property and the activity of our company firsthand, there is no obligation to travel to Romania in order to purchase the apartment. Alternatively, a contract can be signed in Israel in the presence of a local notary. This contract shall grant us the authority to handle the purchase in the name of the investor and in other related matters.
